  • 1 white fish fillet
  • 1 can coconut cream or thick coconut milk
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 2 large fresh red chillies
  • 2 cup rice

Directions

    preheat oven to 180C

    cut fish into large chunks a put into casserole dish, cover with coconut cream or milk

    chop coriander finely.

    Remove chilling seeds and chop finely.

    Add both to dish and stir.

    Season with pepper and salt.

    Put in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.

    Serve on a bed of rice with fresh coriander.
