- 1 white fish fillet
- 1 can coconut cream or thick coconut milk
- 1 bunch coriander
- 2 large fresh red chillies
- 2 cup rice
Directions

1preheat oven to 180C

2cut fish into large chunks a put into casserole dish, cover with coconut cream or milk

3chop coriander finely.

4Remove chilling seeds and chop finely.

5Add both to dish and stir.

6Season with pepper and salt.

7Put in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.

8Serve on a bed of rice with fresh coriander.
