- chili sauce
- 13 cup chicken broth
- 14 cup olives or 14 cup vegetable oil
- 10 cloves, Garlic, minced (or 5 tsps minced garlic from the jar)
- 4 12 teaspoons dried basil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- chicken thigh

1Directions.

2In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well.

3Remove 1/3 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate.

4Add chicken to bag; seal and turn to coat.

5Chill for at least 2 hours.

6Drain and discard marinade from chicken.

7Grill, covered, skin side down, over medium heat for 20 minutes.

8Baste with some of the reserved marinade.

9Turn; grill 10 minutes longer or until the chicken juices run clear, basting frequently.

11This can be varied with different pieces of chicken (breasts, etc), and when the weather/time is un-cooperative, I've done these under the broiler, or even in a roasting dish with the sauce poured on top.
