  • 1 1/8 pounds boneless chicken
  • 10 red chillies Dried
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 onion large
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste

    Clean the chicken.

    Fry dried chillies, garlic and ginger with 1/2 teaspoon of oil and grind it to fine paste. MIx the paste with chicken, add salt to taste. Set aside for 15 mins.

    Make a batter with flour and egg and coated the chicken with that and then fry the chicken in oil until it turns brown and crisp. Add a teaspoonful of oil into a frying pan and add nicely chopped green chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste and then aginomoto and salt to taste. Saute until it turns brown.

    Add the fried chicken and saute well. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
