- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. Longhorn cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 small can green chilies
- salt, pepper and oregano to taste
- 8 oz. Jack-Mozzarella cheese
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 can taco sauced
- oleo for top
Directions

1Cook ground beef; season with salt, pepper and oregano.

2Place large spoonful of ground beef in flour tortillas.

3Sprinkle with grated Jack cheese and roll.

4Place rolled tortillas in baking pan; butter tops.

5Bake at 350° until butter melts and they are very light brown.

6Remove from oven and coat tops with tomato sauce and grated Longhorn cheese.

7Place back into oven and bake until cheese melts.

8Serve with chilies and taco sauce or salsa.
