  • 1 bunch Parsley, Chopped (about 2 Cups)
  • 8 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 leaves Mint, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

Directions

    Place parsley, chopped garlic, cilantro and mint in a glass jar (make sure it has a tight lid and do not use plastic). Add oil, lemon juice and vinegars until the herbs are covered, then add salt, pepper and paprika.

    Test and correct to taste, adding more vinegar, salt and pepper, if deemed necessary. Cover and refrigerate. For best flavor results, refrigerate for a day or two before using.
