  • 1 cup Fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 cups Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1 clove Shallot
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2.5 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano

Directions

    Combine vinegar, lemon & lime juices, garlic, shallot, salt, and chile pepper and let stand for 10 minutes.

    Put parsley and cilantro in blender.

    Pour mixture over greens and blend until desired consistency.

    Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight.
