- 4 to 5 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 box fried Rice-A-Roni
- 2 c. water (hot)
- 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In large skillet, brown pork chops, then set aside.

2Brown rice with butter.

3Stir in 2 cups hot water and mushrooms.

4Add contents of vegetable sauce envelope.

5Place chops on top of rice in skillet.

6Sprinkle with soy sauce.

7Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
