- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 24 whole cloves
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Add beets, 1 1/2 cups liquid beet juice and all remaining ingredients.

2Cook over medium heat in saucepan until thickened. Cool.
