- 2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles (4 oz.)
- 1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 2 lb. ground beef
Directions

1Brown ground beef and separate into bite-sized pieces.

2Simmer onion and celery until tender.
