- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add Cheddar cheese and red pepper, beating until well blended. Chill 1 hour.

2Serve as a spread on wheat and bran Triscuits wafers.
