- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large onions, sliced thin
- 2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 can mushrooms and juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown beef in oil.

2Add onions and cook until transparent. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well.

3Cover and bake 1/2 hour at 350° (9 x 13-inch baking pan).

4Remove cover.

5Spread with 1 large can Chinese noodles and 1 can sliced cashew nuts.

6Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.

7Mixture freezes well before baking.

8I add some grated ginger root.
