- 1 lb. veal
- 1 lb. beef
- 1 lb. pork
- 1 c. celery, cut the short way
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Chop meat into 1/2-inch cubes and brown in small amount of oil.

2Drain when done.

3Cook celery and onions in small amount of water until soft; drain.

4Add the cooked vegetables to the prepared meat; also add the soy sauce, rice (uncooked), chicken and rice soup and cream of mushroom soup; mix together and place in casserole dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Remember to stir a few times while cooking.

6Serves 6 to 8.
