- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 head cabbage, grated
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown beef and onion; drain.

2Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste.

3Try not to cook the cabbage and carrots too long.

4Sit off heat.

5In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high to medium heat.

6Take egg rolls out one at a time. Place beef mixture in center of roll.

7Fold up like a baby's diaper.

8Wet one end to hold in place.

9Place in hot oil until golden brown.

10Turn over and brown the other side.

11Drain on paper towels.

12Dip in sweet and sour sauce.
