- 3 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tiny can chopped pimientos
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can quartered water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. Chinese noodles
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. mushroom soup
- 2 lb. cooked shrimp or cubed chicken breasts
Directions

1Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with Chinese noodles.

2Saute celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, pimientos and water chestnuts. Place on noodles.

3Mix together rest of ingredients and pour on top of vegetables.

4Put more Chinese noodles on top with chopped cashews.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
