- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped and cooked beef, pork or chicken
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 4 c. cooked and cooled rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 green onion and top, chopped
Directions

1Fry bacon in skillet until brown and slightly crisp.

2Crumble into small pieces.

3Add beef, pork or chicken, onion and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Combine eggs and soy sauce.

5Pour over rice and stir gently until eggs are cooked.

6Sprinkle green onion over rice. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
