Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean pork
- 1/4 c. minced ham
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 or 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut pork in small strips and saute in 2 tablespoons oil with ham.

2Add onion, green pepper and parsley.

3Cook until tender. Add remaining oil, rice, bean sprouts, salt and pepper; stir until well mixed.

4Make a well in the center of rice mixture.

5Add eggs and cook until semi-solid, then stir into rice and cook until done.

6Good with pepper steak.
