- 2 lb. Boston butt
- 2 bunches onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 6 medium firm tomatoes, cut in eighths
- 1 c. rice, cooked dry 15 to 20 minutes
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Directions

1Slice and cut the pork into small pieces (1/4-inch pieces). Put in skillet with 1 teaspoon oil.

2Brown and add garlic (powder will do). Saute in soy sauce for 30 minutes (on low heat).
