  • 2 lb. Boston butt
  • 2 bunches onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 6 medium firm tomatoes, cut in eighths
  • 1 c. rice, cooked dry 15 to 20 minutes
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

    Slice and cut the pork into small pieces (1/4-inch pieces). Put in skillet with 1 teaspoon oil.

    Brown and add garlic (powder will do). Saute in soy sauce for 30 minutes (on low heat).
