  • 2 large cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 lb. red candied cherries
  • 1 lb. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 lb. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 lb. green candied cherries
  • 1 lb. dates, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. chopped English walnuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    (I find that a Teflon pan works better.)

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pack into pan.

    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes.

    If you prefer, you can use loaf pans.

    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Cool before serving.
