  • 4 c. hot fluffy mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread, crumbled
  • 2/3 c. bacon grease
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Use only hot fluffy potatoes and combine with the other ingredients.

    Bake in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350° until browned. This is delicious.

    Should be served immediately out of the oven.
