- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, cut in thick diagonal slices
- 1 can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- 1 can mushroom soup and/or 1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Brown beef; drain fat.

2Add onion and celery and continue cooking until tender, but not soft.

3Add bean sprouts and soup. Heat thoroughly.

4Add canned mushrooms if desired.

5Serve over chow mein noodles.
