- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch lengths
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Mix with remaining ingredients except noodles. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan and cover.
