- 1/2 c. minced, cooked pork, beef or chicken
- 1/2 c. minced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. minced mushrooms
- 8 eggs
- 4 tsp. sesame oil
- soy sauce
Directions

1Prepare meat and vegetables.

2Place in individual bowls and reserve.

3Beat 2 eggs for each omelette.

4In a wok or skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil.

5Add eggs; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons each of meat, water chestnuts and mushrooms.

6Cook over low heat until omelette is set but moist on top.

7Sprinkle with soy sauce.

8Roll up and serve.
