Chinese Pork Chops

- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 pork chops
Directions

1Add soy sauce to the brown sugar until it makes a fairly thick paste (like glue).

2Add the garlic, then coat both sides of each chop with the marinade.

3Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

4Barbecue on grill (about 5 minutes a side or until done) or bake in oven at 350° for approximately 40 minutes.

5Serves 4 to 8.
