Chinese Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 pork chops

Directions

    Add soy sauce to the brown sugar until it makes a fairly thick paste (like glue).

    Add the garlic, then coat both sides of each chop with the marinade.

    Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

    Barbecue on grill (about 5 minutes a side or until done) or bake in oven at 350° for approximately 40 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 8.
