- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 can corn
- 6 or 8 potatoes or more depending on how much you want
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 c. water
- flour
Directions

1Put in layers in casserole dish potatoes, beef, onion and corn.

2After each layer add salt and pepper to taste and a little flour for thickening.

3After casserole is filled, pour beef bouillon over top.

4Bake at 375° for approximately 1 1/2 hours or longer, depending on your oven.
