  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can corn
  • 6 or 8 potatoes or more depending on how much you want
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 c. water
  • flour

Directions

    Put in layers in casserole dish potatoes, beef, onion and corn.

    After each layer add salt and pepper to taste and a little flour for thickening.

    After casserole is filled, pour beef bouillon over top.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 1 1/2 hours or longer, depending on your oven.
