- 4 or 5 strips bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook rice and let cool.

2Fry bacon in skillet; crumble bacon. Cook onions until done.

3Scramble eggs.

4Mix rice, bacon, onions and eggs.
