Chinese Style Hamburger Hash

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
- 2 medium size onions, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. warm water (I use a little more)
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Chinese noodles
Directions

1Brown meat in hot oil until crumbly.

2Add chopped onion, celery and soups.

3Rinse out cans with the warm water and add to mixture.

4Stir in uncooked rice, soy sauce and pepper.

5Turn into a large lightly greased casserole.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes; remove cover and continue baking for 30 minutes longer. Cover the mixture with the noodles and continue baking for 15 minutes.

7Serves 8.
