- 12 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, as garnish

1Heat chicken stock to boiling; add mushrooms, water chestnuts and scallions.

2Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.

3Cook, uncovered, until liquid is almost evaporated, about 5 minutes.
