  • 13 cup chicken stock
  • 12 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 12 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, as garnish

Directions

    Heat chicken stock to boiling; add mushrooms, water chestnuts and scallions.

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.

    Cook, uncovered, until liquid is almost evaporated, about 5 minutes.

    Spoon over chicken.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
