  • 1 bag Chinese vegetables
  • 1 bag California blend frzn vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
  • 1 can green beans, liquid removed (save juice)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag tater tots

Directions

    Brown grnd beef.

    Thaw vegetables in microwave.

    Cook for 5 min.

    Add in green beans.

    Mix bean juice and soup and pour over vegetables.

    Add in grnd beef, then cheddar cheese and tater tots.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
