Ingredients
- 2 yellow squash
- 2 zucchini
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 pieces flat bread, round 6 inch size
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 6-8 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Wash all veggies.

2Cut squash, zucchini, and peppers into thin slices.

3Quarter garlic.

4Cut onion into thin stringy slices.

5Mix all veggies well, add 5 Tbsp. soy sauce, garlic and black pepper, mix again.

6Place veggies in lightly sprayed grilling basket.

7Cook on BBQ grill for 15 minutes or until veggies get tender.

8Heat oven to 375F.

9Place bread on baking sheet, place veggies on top of bread in equal amounts.

10Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and dust with parmesan cheese.

11Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted.

12Can be served with Jalapeno Soy Dip.
