- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1/4 c. black soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hot chili oil
- 2 Tbsp. black vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/8 lb. fresh vermicelli (dry is good, too)
- 1/2 c. sesame seed, toasted
- 1 c. green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Directions

1In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and vinegar.

2Cook vermicelli in boiling water until barely tender (probably less than a minute).

3Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
