  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. apple vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • finely chopped celery, parsley and onion, red or green
  • pepper (to your taste)

Directions

    Cook eggs, sugar, vinegar and salt in a double boiler or thick pan until thick; whisk constantly.

    Cook and mix with softened cream cheese until well blended.

    Add remaining ingredients to your taste.

    Flavor improves if set overnight. Keep in fridge.
