  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1/2 cup (from jar) jalapeno slices, drained
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise and chipotle peppers in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade or blender container; process until smooth.

    Spread 2 teaspoons chipotle mayonnaise onto 1 side of each bread slice.

    (Refrigerate remaining chipotle mayonnaise.)

    Layer 4 slices bread, spread-side up, with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices tomato, 1/4 roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 tablespoons jalapeno slices.
