- 10 tablespoons of butter
- 2 ounces of Grand Marnier
- 1 ounce Cognac
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in Grand Marnier, Cognac, espresso powder. Set aside until cool. Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes. Gradually add in chocolate mixture. Pour in greased, floured springform. pan, and bake 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
