  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 whole Chipotle Pepper In Adobo Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Spiced Rum Or Brandy
  • 18 teaspoons Black Pepper

Directions

    In a food processor or blender, combine ketchup, chipotle pepper and Tabasco sauce.

    Puree until smooth.

    Transfer the sauce to a small saucepan and add the spiced rum.
