- 2 lbs bacon sliced 1/4 inch crosswise
- 1 lb butter
- 6 red bell pepper chopped
- 4 red onions chopped
- 6 carrots diced
- 2 small cans of chipotle peppers chopped
- 1 1/2 gallon chicken stock
- 4 1/2 gallon hot water
- 5 utility potatoes diced
- 1/2 cup chopped garlic
- 2 lb bag of frozen corn
- 4 quarts of heavy cream
Directions

1Cook the bacon. Add all the vegetabled, garlic, bell peppers, and chipotle peppers. Add water and chicken stock. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add the corn and potatoes, and simmer on a low heat until potatoes are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste
