- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Frozen Corn, Thawed
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Finely Chopped (you Can Add More For More Heat)
- 1/4 cups Diced Tomatoes (can Add More To Taste)
- 3 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Stir all ingredients together.

3Put in a baking dish.

4Bake for 25 minutes.

5Top with diced tomatoes, sliced green onion and chopped cilantro.

6Serve with tortilla chips.
