- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 12 teaspoons chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1 dash garlic powder (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In a medium sized bowl, stir together the chipotles in adobo sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and optional garlic powder.

3Stir well to combine.

4Add cooked chickpeas.

5Stir gently to coat.

6Place the cooked chickpeas on a cookie sheet that has sides.

7hipotle mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat.

8Cook them for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, til crispy.

9Cool the chickpeas before eating.
