  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 12 teaspoons chipotle chiles in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 dash garlic powder (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    In a medium sized bowl, stir together the chipotles in adobo sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and optional garlic powder.

    Stir well to combine.

    Add cooked chickpeas.

    Stir gently to coat.

    Place the cooked chickpeas on a cookie sheet that has sides.

    hipotle mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat.

    Cook them for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, til crispy.
