  • 1 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnase
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chiles in adobo sauce minced
  • 4 cups cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup jicama chopped, or red bell pepper
  • 2 chopped fresh cilantro tablespons
  • salt

Directions

    Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cumin and chilies to a large bowl.

    Add the cabbage, jicama and cilantro.

    Stir to coat the vegetables.
