- 1 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnase
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chiles in adobo sauce minced
- 4 cups cabbage finely chopped
- 1/2 cup jicama chopped, or red bell pepper
- 2 chopped fresh cilantro tablespons
- salt
Directions

1Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cumin and chilies to a large bowl.
