- 2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 12 cups dark brown sugar, packed
- 3 eggs
- 34 cup molasses
- 4 12 cups flour
- 14 cup ginger
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Cream butter and sugar until light, mix in eggs one by one, then molasses.

3In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.

4Using wooden spoon, stir into butter/sugar mixture until well combined.

5Chill for at least 30 minutes.

6Using a cookie gun or teaspoon, drop onto cookie sheet.

7Cookies will spread a bit.

8Bake 10-13 minutes.

9Cookies may puff up during baking and flatten upon cooling.
