Chipped Beef Balls

  • 1 pkg. chipped beef
  • 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • pretzel sticks

Directions

    Finely chop beef and mix together with cream cheese, horseradish and parsley.

    Form into bite size balls and roll in Parmesan cheese.

    Chill.

    Just before serving, spear each ball with a pretzel stick.
