- 1 lb. chipped ham
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 8 Tbsp. catsup
- paprika (to color)
Directions

1Heat chipped ham thoroughly in skillet with 1 tablespoon margarine.

2Mix sugar, vinegar, water, mustard and catsup in a saucepan and heat.

3Pour sauce over chipped ham and mix thoroughly.

4Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

5Serve on plain or toasted buns.
