  • 150g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies
  • 1 cup cream, whipped with
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar

Directions

    Spread whipped cream over one side of the cookies.

    Join them together side by side on a plate and cover with cream.

    Refrigerate overnight or until cookies are soft.

    Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve.

    Variations: Dissolve 2 teaspoons of coffee in water or coffee flavoured liqueur, and stir through cream.

    Thinly slice strawberries and place in between biscuits.
