  • 250g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • ground nutmeg, to garnish

Directions

    Overlap the cookies into a 2 litre baking dish.

    Whisk the milk with the eggs, caster sugar and vanilla and pour over cookies.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 180C for 20 minutes, or until set.
