- 2 green onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. coriander
- pepper to taste
- Tabasco or red chili sauce
Directions

1Cut fish into thin fillets and then cube pieces about 1/4-inch square.
