  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. (1 packet) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 (2 layer size) pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (4 serving) pkg. Jell-O brand chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil

    Continue beating until mixture forms stiff peaks.

    Blend in flour and coconut; set aside.
