- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 3 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 large eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cranberries fresh, chopped
- 3 tablespoons walnuts chopped
Directions

1In medium bowl, stir together butter and cream cheese.

2Mix in flour until well blended.

3Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

4In medium bowl, make filling: Whisk together egg, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla.

5Stir in cranberries and walnuts.

6Preheat oven to 325F (160C).

7Roll dough into 1-inch balls.

8Press balls into ungreased mini-muffin pans, so dough covers bottom and sides.

9Fill each cup with a generous teaspoon of cranberry filling.

10Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until edges of cups are light brown.
