- 34 cup butter
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 34 cup Equal sugar substitute
- 2 eggs, whole
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 12 cup oats
- 14 teaspoon fine salt
- 12 cup walnuts or 12 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
- 12 cup miniature chocolate chip
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an accordion pan with baking paper.

2Set aside.

3In an electric mixer, cream butter together with vanilla and the brown and white sugars.

4Pour in eggs and beat until blended.

5Pour in flour, oatmeal, and salt.

6Mix well.

7Blend nuts and chocolate chips by hand so as not to discolor the cookie batter.

8Drop cookies into the prepared pan by spoonfuls.

9Bake for 20 minutes or until surface is firm.

10Transfer to a wire rack to firm up.
