- 115 grams butter
- 110 grams caster sugar
- 30 grams golden caster sugar
- 100 grams self raising flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 140 grams rolled oats
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 2 tbsp semi skimmed milk
- 40 grams coco powder
Directions

1Pre-heat an oven to 170C / 150C fan.

2Cream together the butter, milk and sugar until light and fluffy.

3Add the vanilla extract and mix in.

4Beat in the bicarbonate soda.

5Stir in the oats, coco and flour.

6Using a desert spoon, take some of the mixture, roll into a ball, flatten and place on a tray.

7Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins, until they are golden brown.

8Remove and allow to cool.
