- 1 cup chocolate graham cracker, crushed
- 14 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Equal sugar substitute
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup cream, chilled overnight
- 13 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar or 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 6 pieces peanut bars
Directions

1DO CRUST.

2Combine first 4 ingredients.

3Spread and press half of mixture into pan.

4Chill for 10 minutes.

5DO FILLING.

6Whip all-purpose cream until stiff.

7Whip in peanut butter and powdered sugar until blended.

8Break peanut bars into chunks and gently stir into peanut butter cream.

9ASSEMBLE.

10Spread half of the mixture into the crust.

11Freeze for 20 minutes.

12Sprinkle remaining crust mixture evenly over peanut butter cream.

13Spread remaining peanut butter mixture over the crust.

14FREEZE for 30 minutes.
