  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (La Lechera)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup caramel (La Lechera)

    preheat oven at 350

    spray pan with non stick spray and pore caramel in pan

    mix cake mix as directed on box.

    in blender mix every ingredient of flan
  5. 5
    pore cake mix on top of caramel.

    slowly pore flan mix on top of cake mix.

    cover pan with aluminum paper.

    in a bigger pan pore 1/4 of hot water.

    and place in slowly the pan with cake & flan mix.

    bake for 2hrs.
